Review Procedure
The International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Drug Design (IJPDD) utilizes a peer review method to guarantee that the journal only publishes high-quality research that will ultimately be to the benefit of the whole scientific community. Review by one's peers is an essential component of the publication process in the scientific community; it serves to verify the validity of the science that is disclosed.
After the editorial office has received a new manuscript, they will evaluate the article to determine whether or not it is authentic, complete, ethically approved, correctly formatted, an original research work, innovative, significant to the field, falls within the scope of the Journal, is written in the style of a scientific article, and is written in the English language. If the article meets all of these criteria, then it will be published in the Journal. If the article in question fails to meet any of the criteria outlined above, it may be rejected.
Peer evaluation using a double-blind system.
The procedure of double-blind peer review is started as soon as the Editor(s)-in-Chief of the publication decide that a particular article manuscript meets the requirements to be published.
In a technique known as "double blind review," neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of the other's identity.
Reviewers are provided with evaluation criteria, asked to submit comments to the author, and given the option to provide input to the Editor office in a manner that is kept strictly confidential.
The following criteria are taken into consideration while reviewing a manuscript: originality and significance of the contribution; satisfactory methodology, analysis, and comprehension; interest to the research community; and international relevance.
Once all of the reviews have been received, the Editor(s)-in-Chief will make the reviews and comments available to the author(s) of the manuscript. This will happen once all of the reviews have been received.
In the event that the paper is selected for publication, the author will be informed of the required formatting specifications for the final submission. If the manuscript needs significant changes, then the author will be expected to follow the reviewer's advice as well as the formatting standards for the resubmission of the article. This is the case even if the paper was accepted with minor changes. In the event that the manuscript is turned down, the process is finished.
